Carol joined The LBA Group in July 2012 as the Director of the firm’s healthcare consulting services group.  Carol brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare profession and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.  Her career focus has brought experience with contract compliance and credentialing, revenue enhancement, practice management systems, billing oversight, regulatory issues, financial impact analysis and coding reviews.

As the Director of The LBA Group’s healthcare consulting services team, she manages each aspect of healthcare consulting that The LBA Group provides, including coding reviews, revenue enhancement and office optimization, financial impact analysis, regulatory issue consulting, strategic management consulting, educational and training services, and office operational assessments.

Carol earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State College and completed her Bachelor’s degree in December 2012.  She is a member of the Medical Group Managers Association (MGMA). Carol and her husband, Gary, are both natives of Jacksonville.  They are proud parents of a son and daughter-in-law, and have recently been blessed with a new grandson.  They enjoy barbequing, fishing, vacationing at the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
