Wealth Management Process
Our Wealth Management Process is designed to focus on the track that is most important to you. Some clients want to concentrate on their investments first, then work on their overall planning. Others are more interested in the direction and want to get a retirement or income plan in place, then work on their investment approach.
Discovery Meeting: Your relationship with us will begin with a Discovery Meeting – this is where we learn about each other, discuss values and goals, and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
Investment Plan Meeting: Our Investing Track begins with a diagnostic of your current investments (a Second Opinion that takes about two weeks to complete). We will discuss recommendations for moving forward and detail our investment philosophy.
Commitment Meeting: If you decide to work with us, we will confirm our commitment and prepare paperwork to manage your investment accounts.
Follow-Up Meeting: We will review the changes made in your investment accounts on your behalf and begin our Planning Track.
Goal Planning Meeting: Our Planning Track begins with a discussion of your current financial situation and the goals you are looking to achieve.
Commitment Meeting: If you decide to work with us, we will confirm our commitment and talk about your assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and goals in further detail.
Current Situation Meeting: We will review our understanding of your current financial situation with a draft of your goal plan. Corrections, changes, options, and goal adjustments will be incorporated into the final plan.
Plan Presentation Meeting: Your Retirement or Income Plan will be presented for discussion. We will discuss recommendations for moving forward with any financial and/or investment changes and begin our Investing Track.
Depending on your level of comfort, we will suggest quarterly meetings to review your investment progress. On an annual basis, we will discuss any changes to your financial situation and any adjustments needed in your investment accounts. We will review the implementation of your Retirement or Income Plan and discuss what needs to be accomplished with your network of financial advisers.
